- the audio programme (on CD) through which you can revisit the world Mahler witnessed and sample the atmosphere he experienced and consider the spaces

a note on the book
The book is in colour with laminated cover and thread-sown binding. Remember that it's a limited edition and will be signed by the author on request at the time of the order. To request this please include a short cover note to Keith.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days elsewhere in Europe and 7-14 days outside Europe.

Don't worry that it looks a little different – you can pay for Mahler's Heavenly Retreats in the full knowledge that your transaction will be carried out in a secure environment. After paying, you'll be redirected back to this website. The amount you will be charged through Payapal includes postage and packing.
mail order purchase information
If you want to send a cheque then that's perfectly fine if you have a bank account with a bank in England, Scotland or Wales as we only accept cheques in pounds sterling. If you don't, then you can still buy your copy by paying online. Once your cheque has cleared we'll send you Mahler's Heavenly Retreats. Cheques normally take about five working days (not including bank holidays) to clear. Once cleared we'll send you the Book, CD and DVD.
To avoid delay and us having to return your cheque please ensure you:
- enter today's date: March 14 2010 (14/3/2010)
- make your cheque payable to K. J. Clarke
- check the right money has been entered in both words and figures
- sign your cheque (believe me, it can happen)
- write your name and address on the back of the cheque
